Coley's was a casual spot to stop for a latte and some food. I ordered the iced lavender latte with oat milk and the avocado toast. The latte was great, I asked for only 2 pumps of the syrup so it wasn't too sweet. The avocado toast was not the greatest, it was quite basic, nothing special about the taste. The bread wasn't toasted enough so with the avocado spread it felt a little squishy/soggy. The place itself was nice and cozy. Very local feeling with cool upstairs seating area.
I came to try their nitro cold brew but they were out that day so I got the iced coffee instead. A bit expensive but I ended up chilling here for a couple of hours while I caught up on some writing and ended up leaving feeling productive and wanting to come back to try some of their other items. It's not a huge place, but big enough to bring a laptop or a book and zone out for a little bit. There's seats upstairs as well that overlooks the bottom floor and overall had a very inviting and cozy feeling. If you're in the Frisco area, give this place a try!
Wanna hide? There's an upstairs for quiet working people (in the mornings anyway). Wanna socialize? Try the window bar or patio. I had a lovely decaf, sugar free hazelnut latte with almond milk (I enjoy my life in other ways, I promise). I sat upstairs and painted watercolors quietly without a hassle in the world. I forgot my headphones, but the noise was minimal, music was not invasive. I'm so glad I discovered this gem. Let's keep it a secret between you and I, okay?
Service was great! I did a quick in and out. Needed coffee to fuel the day. Parking was a bit difficult. Saw that this place has live music! Really wanted to go but unfortunately I live all the way in Dallas. Maybe someday. Ordered a vanilla latte and got one of those CBD drinks. Coffee was good. I think the CBD drink was good too, tasted like tea as it is and I was put to sleep. HAHA. Anyways, hope to come back soon!
Love having local coffee shops in my area. They offer a variety of coffee options as well as teas and smoothies. I got the little hippie latte and it was delicious. They offer breakfast sandwiches but no pastries. Love that they have seating upstairs, it's a nice quiet space to work or hang out while enjoying your coffee. They also have a piano inside that my niece was drawn to and played a couple of songs she knew.lol Super cute! I would come back!
